Lorain CCC Beats Dragons In Straight Sets

Lorain County blanked Howard Community College, 3-0, at the Region XX Division III Tournament at Butler Community College in Pennsylvania on November 1st. 

Brandi Kraisser (Ellicott City, MD, Centennial HS) led HCC with 23 Digs during the contest. Mickey Aguirre (Columbia, MD, Oakland Mills HS) (19) and Katryna Katulski (Elkridge, MD, Mount De Sales HS) (11) also contributed to account for the Dragons 68 Digs. 

HCC finished the year with a 12-11 record and 5-6 in the Maryland JUCO Conference.  The season was a good one for the Dragons considering that HCC was without a head coach during the summer.
