Hagerstown Drops Poor Shooting Dragons

The Lady Dragons went up against powerhouse Hagerstown CC last night, and gave the Hawks all they could handle before eventually falling 70-81. Despite HCC shooting just 2-23 on 3 pointers and 14-25 from the free throw line, the Dragons were able to force 28 turnovers on defense and scored 28 points off those turnovers. Elisabeth Parks (Columbia, MD, St. Johns HS) had 18 points, Patrice Jones (Columbia, MD, Oakland Mills HS) had 17, and Gina Booker (Baltimore, MD, Milford Mill Acadamy) had 15 points along with 9 steals on the game. The ladies go up against Harford CC on Wednesday the 14th at 5:30 p.m. as they continue their home stand.
