Dragons Edged at Prince George's Community College

The Dragons men's basketball team lost a heart breaker at Prince George's Community College by the score of 100-97. The Dragons were down by 13 points late in the 2nd half, but a big rally brought them back to a 2 point deficit with 90 seconds to play. After both teams exchanged some free throws, HCC had the ball with 12 seconds left and down by 3, but the comeback could not be completed when a potential game tying 3 pointer by Willie Kee (Baltimore, MD, Parkville HS) at the last second was no good.

The Dragons were led by a great game from Austin Nwosu who put up a score line of 21 points, 16 rebounds, 8 blocks, 3 assists and a steal. Ian Vasquez chipped in with 26 points thanks to making 6-9 shot from behind the arc.
