Dragons Put Up Fight Before Falling to Frederick Community College

The Lady Dragons went to Frederick CC and put up a great fight in the first half before a FCC run in the 2nd half to pull away 88-75. HCC was led by Patrice Jones (Columbia, MD, Oakland Mills HS) with 20 points, Lauren Thompson (Columbia, MD, Oakland Mills HS) with 15, Rebeka Coughlin (Sykesville, MD, Liberty HS) with 14, and Elisabeth Parks (Columbia, MD, St. Johns HS) had 11 points and 13 rebounds.

The Cougars win came on the back of an incredible performance by Tamyra Laws who finished the game with 24 points and 42 rebounds along with teammate Kelli Griffith who scored 30 points.
