The Dragons came ready to play against AACC, but weren't able to get over the hump.  They ultimately fall to the Hawks 67 - 53. The 1^st quarter ended with the Dragons down 14-11. In that quarter Sabreen Muslim (Baltimore, Md./Baltimore City College HS) went 3-5 from the free throw line. As halftime approached the Dragons got there first lead of the game, that's when the crowd got the sense of we might win this game which lead to energizing the crowd.  But as Yogi Berra once said "It ain't over till it's over". Coming out of the half Howard was down by 2, 31-29. In the 3^rd quarter Anne Arundel outscored Howard 21-13, freshman Sara Sagi (Columbia, Md./Howard) shot 75% from the Charity stripe. CeCe Costabile played tenacious defense creating 4 steals. In the 4^th Anne Arundel put the game away with the help of the #33 Alexxis Evans who scored 10 of her 27 points in that quarter. For the Dragons all 5 starters scored Sabreen Muslim (Baltimore, Md./Baltimore City College HS) had a monster game with 25, Danielle Gray (Fulton, Md./Reservoir) scored 9, Maranda Robinson (Columbia, Md./Oakland Mills) had 7, and Sara Sagi (Columbia, Md./Howard) and CeCe Costabile both put up 6 points. The next game for the Dragons is Wednesday December 7^th against Northern Virginia Community College.
