Keyser, WV - The Dragons were unable to keep up with the heavy hitters of Potomac State as they fell to the Catamounts in straight sets.

Howard was shocked out of the gates, losing the first set 25-10 before making a strong fight in the second set at 25-20 and then falling 25-16 in the third.

Kira Thompson (Elkridge, MD/Atholton) and Natalie Hosseini (Ellicott City, MD/Mt. Hebron) led the way with four kills each as Thompson added a trio of aces to go along with it. 

Emily Aubertin (Mount Airy, MD/Linganore) picked up seven digs with a block and a kill with Jordam Kent also scoring a kill and a block assisted by Sabrina Lagomarsino (Clarksville, MD/Atholton) who set up eight of the 10 kills.

Howard will next travel to Butler, PA for a tri-match including Butler County and Westmoreland on Saturday, September 28.
