Bel Air, MD - A first half where just about everything went right for the Dragons allowed them to cruise their way past Patrick & Henry CC 90-74.

Howard CC jumped all over Patrick & Henry early on as Daeshawn Eaton (Columbia, MD/Oakland Mills) and David Garey (Gaithersburg, MD/Hargrave Military) were unstoppable as the Dragons led 17-4 after five minutes of play. The Dragons would get a last second three pointer from Teylor Silverman (Baltimore, MD/Lansdowne) to close out the first half with a 55-34 lead.

With the score starting to get into blowout territory, the Dragons took their foot off the gas pedal a bit in the second half, but it did allow all 12 active players on the roster to score points in the game.

Eaton put on an MVP performance with 30 points and five assists, shooting 11-17 from the field and 4-5 from three point range. Joel Webb (Forrestville, MD/Dr. Henry A. Wise) secured a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds while Garey closed out with 11. Silverman scored 10 in the game including a couple from long range. 

The Dragons will get to enjoy the holiday break before getting back to it on Saturday, January 8 at 3 PM when they host CCBC Catonsville.
