Essex, MD - The #3 nationally ranked CCBC Essex Knights dominated the game from start to finish as they overwhelmed the Dragons in an 8-0 drubbing.

Essex scored four goals in the first eight minutes in the game and were ahead 6-0 by the 27th minute which included two penalty kicks. Danny Ventura (Laurel, MD/Reservoir) would then go in to replace Jessie Sanchez (Laurel, MD/Laurel) in goal, making seven saves to do his part in limiting the rout.

The Dragons will look to rebound immediately when they face Southern Maryland on Wednesday, October 19 at 4 PM.
