Kasey Smith (Jessup, MD/Hammond) improved to 5-5 on the year with four innings pitched, allowing only two hits while

Game two saw Garrett score a couple of runs in the top of the first to take the lead, but Howard answered back with 23 unanswered runs over the next four innings. Once again, all nine Dragons in the starting lineup had multiple hits and multiple runs with Kelly adding four RBI. Gerber hit her team leading fifth home run of the year and
Samantha Hobert (Elkridge, MD/Howard) earned the win with a complete game performance on the mound with five strikeouts.
