Phillips enters her first season as an Assistant Coach at Howard Community College. Prior to joining the Dragons, she served as an Assistant Women’s Soccer coach at Stevenson University for four year where she earned her Master’s Degree in Business Technology Management in 2016. Phillips also served as an assistant for Arundel Soccer Association U17 team and Centennial High School. She currently coaches the 2007 girls team at Ellicott City Soccer Club
A 2012 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Phillips played four seasons for the Spartans from 2008-11. During that time, she appeared in 69 of the team's 77 games with 13 starts while totaling 13 points on four goals and five assists.
Phillips played in all 18 games as a senior captain, making 10 starts and scoring three points with one goal and one assist. She played in all 20 games as a sophomore in 2009, totaling a career-high five points and three assists as York advanced to semifinals of the CAC Women's Soccer Championship with a 14-5-1 record.
Phillips scored her first career goal versus Hood as a freshman on Sept. 3, 2008 which also proved to be the game-winner. She finished the year with two goals in 17 games as York advanced to the CAC title game and went 11-7-2.
Off the field, Phillips was named to the Dean's List in all eight semesters at York and graduated with a 3.74 grade point average. She was a four-time CAC All-Academic Team and York College Athletic Honor Roll selection and three-year member of the York Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
A native of Pasadena, Phillips attended Chesapeake High School and played club soccer for the Severna Park Flame.
