A tough day in the office for the HCC men's lacrosse team as they dropped their regular season finale at CCBC Essex 23-4.

The Dragons found it hard to get possession as Essex won the faceoffs 20-8 including 5 faceoff violations from Howard. The men in maroon also couldn't stay out of the penalty box as they finished with 12 minutes on 15 infractions.

HCC got a two point game from midfielder Geron Brooks (Baltimore, MD, Boys Latin) with the other goals coming from Cody Martin (Middletown, MD, Middletown HS), Jarred Riley (Windsor, CA, FJ Brennan HS), and Austin Mitchell (Laurel, MD, Reservoir HS).

The Dragons will look to make a run in the Region XX tournament played at Harford CC starting this Thursday April 23rd (Time TBD).
