Colvin Prosser (Kennesaw, GA/Lassiter) scored nine goals and the #4 Dragons trounced the #9 ranked Monroe CC Tribunes 28-7.

Howard scored the first four goals of the game with Jeremy Sforzo (Vail, CO/Battle Mountain) completing his hat trick after just 10 minutes of play.

After Monroe scored to make it a 5-2 Howard lead, the Dragons rattled off 18 straight goals in a dominating stretch that saw them put the game out of reach.

Prosser led the way as the freshman attacker put up nine goals and two assists on the contest with just 10 shots. Jeremy Sforzo (Vail, CO/Battle Mountain) added four goals and three assists while Joseph Montesano (Edgewater, MD/Damascus) chipped in four goals and two assists.

The Dragons saw goals coming from all over the field including one from defenseman Johnny Chaisson (Glenwood, MD/Glenelg) and another from face-off specialist Jake Griffin (Eldersburg, MD/Liberty).

Other players to get on the scoresheet included Jack Watsic (Frederick, MD/Linganore) with two goals and three assists, Leshun Gunn with two goals, Jake Mackenzie (Mount Airy, MD/South Carroll) with two goals and two assists, Drew Goode (Gambrills, MD/Arundel) with a goal and two assists, Jackson Crasny with a goal and an assists, and Robert Linton (Glenelg, MD/Glenelg) with a goal.

Cruz Hanson (Clarksville MD/Good Counsel) got his first start of the season between the pipes and made seven saves to earn his first collegiate win.

Howard's domination included outshooting the Tribunes 65-22 while earning 58 ground balls compared to Monroe's 34.

The Dragons will next take on perennial powerhouse Onondaga for a heavy weight showdown on Sunday, March 17 at 1 PM in the Dragons Lair.
