La Plata, MD -  A dominating first half allowed the Dragons to cruise past the Southern Maryland Hawks 101-182.

Howard found their shooting touch early and often in the game, shooting 54% from the field and 52% from three point range led by Michael Gray (Glendale, MD/Bowie) with 20 points. Kelvin Sellman (Temple Hills, MD/Crossland) had another incredible day handling the ball with eight points, 14 assists and zero turnovers. 

Deven Richmond (Bowie, MD/DeMatha) scored 15 in the game and Naquan Williams-Day (Columbia, MD/Oakland Mills) added 13. DJ Tucker-Harry (Ellicott City, MD/Marriotts Ridge) chipped in eight points on just nine minutes of play with a handful of other Dragons contributing valuable points for the deep squad of talented players.

Howard will take to the road for their penultimate regular season game as they face Montgomery College on Tuesday, February 25 at 7 PM.
