La Plata, MD - The Dragons were able to stay undefeated in divisional play as they took down the College of Southern Maryland Hawks 4-0. Howard is now 3-0 in regional play and are also on a three game winning streak.
It took less than three minute for the Dragons to cash in on their dominance as
Trevor Kerr (/Reservoir) set up
Luis Rangel-Mora (/Long Reach) for his first collegiate goal of his career.Â
Mahmoud Mansour (/Homeschool) continued to show that he is in-form as he scored two goals before halftime with the latter being assisted by
Leonard Dunor (/Sheyenne).
Michael Fields (/Howard) would go on to convert a second half penalty kick to seal the deal for the Dragons.
The possession was very one-sided which resulted in Howard outshooting their opponents 29-3 in the contest with goalkeeper
Carlos Reys (/Laurel) making two saves and make-shift goalie
Oscar Ayala (/Laurel) adding one late in the game.
The Dragons will prepare for another big regional rival as CCBC Catonsville will come to Howard on Tuesday, April 27 for a 4 PM game.
