Frederick, MD - A second half onslaught from the Dragons saw them cruise past the Frederick Cougars 103-71.

David Garey (Gaithersburg, MD/Hargrave Military), playing against his former team, led the team with 20 points along with five assists as he made four three pointers to squash the school he transferred to Howard from. Koby Baptiste (New Carrollton, MD/Parkdale) scored nine points in the second half on 4-5 shooting from the floor on his way to 13 points in the game.

Joel Webb (Forrestville, MD/Dr. Henry A. Wise) dominated the paint, scoring 17 points on 8-9 shooting while also adding 10 rebounds for yet another double-double for the Dragon forward. Trea Keys (Columbia, MD/Wilde Lake) scored a season high 11 points along with four assists in his most productive game of his collegiate career.

The Dragons balanced scoring also saw Daeshawn Eaton (Columbia, MD/Oakland Mills) score 10 points while Omar McGann (Waldorf, MD/St. Charles), Cole Harshman (Baltimore, MD/Dulaney), and DJ Tucker (Ellicott City, MD/Marriotts Ridge) all added eight points a piece.

Howard will finally return home after three straight away games when they host Montgomery College on Monday, February 14 at 7 PM.
