Columbia, MD - The 2022-23 season officially kicks off on August 1 as the Howard CC athletics teams will begin practices for the fall season. All information for each team's first team meeting and/or tryouts as well as contact information for each of the coaches can be found by Clicking Here .

All prospective student-athletes must have eligibility paperwork and a physical evaluation packet turned in to be able to try out for the teams. The information for all of that can be found by Clicking Here . Prospective student-athletes are encouraged to reach out to the coaches of the sport they are interested in.

Anyone interested in trying out for one of the Dragon teams must be a full-time enrolled student in 12 or more credits at Howard Community College.

The Howard CC athletics program continues to grow as the newest sports of softball and esports joining the other strong programs at the school. The fall sports offered at Howard CC include men and women soccer, women's volleyball, cross country and esports. The winter sports consist of men and women's basketball while the spring offers men's lacrosse, track & field, and softball.
