Rockville, MD - The Howard Community College women's soccer team lost its fourth game of the season Thursday night, falling to Montgomery College 4-0.

For the third time this season, the Dragons lost by multiple goals while struggling to find scoring opportunities. The defense kept the game scoreless until late in the first half, when Montgomery's Cassiane Fernandes Da Silva scored twice in succession. The Dragons added two more goals in the second half, while the Dragons managed just one shot to Montgomery's 32.

Jennifer Reyes (Columbia, MD/Capital City) provided the only shot of the game for the Dragons, while temporary goalie Kehinde Akinsehinwa (Baltimore, MD/Prince & Princess International Academy) made 11 saves, the second most of her career.

Next up for the Dragons is a match against the College of Southern Maryland on Tuesday, October 1 at 4:00 PM.
