Columbia, MD - Lily Eisenhart (Mt. Airy, MD/Linganore) has been named the recipient of the Dragon Leadership Award for the women's lacrosse team for the 2020 season. 

Eisenhart, a sophomore transfer who had an incredible freshman season at Methodist University, was only able to play in one game for the Dragons as the rest of the season was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. In that game against Ocean County, she scored a goal with two assists while collecting five draw controls and four ground balls showing her ability to make plays all over the field.

However, Eisenhart made a big impact on the team all year long as a leader that the rest of the squad could rally around. Her positivity and influence was felt as she looked to lead a reloaded team.

"Lily is a leader on and off the field," said head coach Erin Geraghty. "She is that player that always gives 110% and leads by example. She motivates through her effort and energy"
