Towson, MD - The final regular season cross country meet of the season went well for Howard Community College, as the Dragons cracked the overall top ten at Goucher's Coach Caslin Classic.
Led by sophomore's
Ryan Thibaudeau (Fulton, MD/Reservoir) and
Brandon McMillen (Columbia, MD/Oakland Mills), the Dragons placed sixth in the men's race and ninth in the women's race.
Thibaudeau finished tenth in the men's 8000m, recording a time of 30:23.43. McMillen was right behind him in eleventh with a time of 30:26.87.
Aniya Clerisier (Columbia, MD/Wilde Lake)Â would lead the way for the women's team, finishing with a time of 35:16.99.
Temiloluwa Akinsanya (Columbia, MD/Long Reach) finished second for the Dragons with a time of 35:57.29, while
Rashelle Buynum (Columbia, MD/Wilde Lake) came home third with a 36:57.13.
The Dragons now prepare for the Region 20 Championships on Saturday, October 26 at Hagerstown.
