Columbia, MD - Sophomore pitcher Marissa Webb concluded her HCC career with one last award, as she was awarded the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Golden Glove Award.

This marks the first NFCA Golden Glove for the Dragons softball program, with Webb capturing her fourth total postseason accolade. Along with the Golden Glove, the sophomore also was named an NFCA All-American, NFCA All-Region team member, and NJCAA Region 20 All-Region team member. 

Webb earned the award for her pitching prowess this season, finishing with a 4.83 ERA on the year. Across 23 appearances, she achieved a 10-6 record, pitching 121.2 innings and recording 91 total strikeouts. Her highlight of the season came against Monroe-Bronx on March 31, when she struck out ten batters in a 13-1 blowout win.

Webb is currently exploring several four-year schools to transfer to as she looks to continue her stellar college career at the next level.
